Student accommodation Elefanten
In Elefanten, with a unique location just 500 m from University West and the city center, you find Eidars largest student accommodation with 272 student apartments.
This is where you get the absolute student fellowship, but at the same time have your own apartment with a private kitchenette and bathroom/WC. The apartments are bright with white walls and a plastic mat with wooden pattern on the floor.
Elefanten is one of our most popular student accommodation with a short distance to several restaurants, cafes, pubs, stores and entertainments such as cinema, bowling and different kind of sports. A few minutes’ walk takes you to the train- and bus station, with departures to Gothenburg and other nearby cities.
Three of the houses in Elefanten were built in 2009 offering 245 student apartments, and in 2017 another 27 apartments for students were ready to rent in the brick house called ”Ingenjörshuset”.
Rent
- The rent for a studio apartment in Elefanten is between 3 500-5 065 SEK per month.
- The rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is between 4 740-6 150 SEK per month. Heating, cold water and broadband internet (100Mbit) is included in the rent.
The rent is payed monthly in advance.
